The Women and Small Business Conference was created in 2000 as a way to provide disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses looking for contracting opportunities with Corporate America and the Government to take their business to the next level. It also provides a forum for them to network with each other with the hope of creating strategic partnerships and alliances and build economies of scale.
