Smartphone users prefer mobile apps over mobile web, a fact that has emerged as technology and app development improved. Apps that make it easy to watch digital video content are used by businesses for marketing, but the videos are not just advertisements pushing products. They are also used to inform the marketplace about the company (think: social responsibility, talent recruitment, innovation, etc.) and provide customer services by explaining how to use products or services.
