Dr. Pamela Williamson is the President & CEO at the Women's Business Enterprise Council West (WBEC-West). She is a visionary leader who has grown the organization through her masterful reorganizing efforts and by developing and implementing innovative alliances with key stakeholders. Williamson empowers her team to cultivate sustainable relationships between certified Women Business Enterprises and Corporate America through certification, education, and targeted networking. She has injected new energy into the WBE certifying WBEC West, ensuring there are nonstop opportunities for mutually beneficial networking and training through forums, workshops, and matchmaking events held across western state and regions.
Williamson brought 25 years of senior leadership to her current position, including as CEO of SABA 7, a business consulting firm and vice president of a national behavioral health care organization. Her efforts have turned WBEC-West into one of Womens Business Enterprise National Council’s (WBENC) largest Regional Partner Organizations that certifies businesses owned, controlled and operated by U.S. women. Williamson has earned many awards for her outstanding leadership, including the Women of Excellence Inspiration Award and the Minority Lifetime Achievement Award.
