Jacqueline D. Neal Leads Ohio MSDC Through Period of Growth


As the President of the Ohio Minority Supplier Development Council, Jacqueline Neal is leading the organization through a period of transition as it broadens the scope of minority business development in Ohio. She is leading a team of dedicated professionals as they expand and strengthen corporate relations and MBE services to create a growing number of business opportunities. Neal has been instrumental in increasing the membership of Minority Business Enterprises and corporate and government entities. The Ohio MSDC offers many education and networking opportunities that include the MBE Executive Education and the Supplier Diversity Exchange.

Neal brought many years of business experience to her position. She served as President of Columbus-based Glory Foods, one of the top producers of Southern-style foods. She earned a reputation as an expert in developing enhanced customer relationships and a high-performance team. Prior to that, she gained a decade of marketing experience with top multinational firms. Neal is also President and Founder of J. Neal Consulting, which offers strategic business consulting services.
