Marty Keller is the deputy executive director, division of client services and innovation, Veterans Business Outreach Center, Region IX, a position he assumed in December 2018. Prior to accepting this role, he was executive director of the U.S. Veteran Business Alliance and deputy executive director of the Disabled Veterans Business Alliance (DVBA). His work with veteran entrepreneurs with disabilities focuses on training, networking, and connecting to public and private programs that encourage doing business with disabled veteran businesses. He has developed and implemented a variety of programs, including the Next Generation DVBE and microenterprise programs. Keller also maintains a focus on drug and alcohol recovery support work.
Keller brought extensive government experience to his current position. He has served as director of the Office of Small Business Advocate for the State of California and deputy director/small business Advocate for California's Governor's Office of Economic Development. He works tirelessly to help veteran entrepreneurs by outreaching to community organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and the many connections he has made in the public and private arenas.
