As the director of strategic procurement for CVS Health, Monette Knapik led the company to membership in the Billion Dollar Roundtable. Knapik works tirelessly to keep driving innovation and collaboration with suppliers, business leaders, and the diversity and inclusion office. She attributes her personal success to surrounding herself with individuals who have different opinions and ideas while sharing similar values.
