Bev Jennings is head of Supplier Diversity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson, leads the Global Supplier Diversity & Inclusion (GSDI) program, now in its 21st year of operation. Her strong leadership has enabled the company to keep the GSDI program advancing during the enterprise standards and productivity procurement transformation process over the past five years. Bev credits effective change management as a critical enabler of success. She is an engaged leader who values spending time with customers, suppliers, colleagues and advocates.
One of the company achievements that Bev is most proud of is Johnson & Johnson becoming the first healthcare company member of the Billion Dollar Roundtable and the company's sustaining membership in the prestigious group for eight years. She has led the expansion of the GSDI program into 13 countries. She is proud of Johnson & Johnson's procurement colleagues, business partners, diverse and non-diverse suppliers who proactively contribute to the success of the GSDI program. Bev focuses on connecting people, shaping strategy and driving relevant outcomes. Her goal is to keep the GSDI program always moving forward because, Bev remarks, “Together, we make a world of difference.”
