Bruno Olvera, Director of Diversity Supplier Development and a member of the North America Purchasing Leadership Team at Stellantis, leads supplier diversity strategies across all purchasing divisions and their Tier I and II supplier partners, including diverse-owned businesses. He is President of the Stellantis business resource group Latins in Connection where he oversees the execution of the group’s annual strategy. He also serves as the Co-chair of the Leaders Embracing All Diversity program, which focuses on developing diverse future leaders. His work aligns with the company’s ambitious goals outlined in its Dare Forward 2030 long-term strategic plan and its purpose: ‘Powered by our diversity, We lead the way the world moves.’
Bruno drives groundbreaking initiatives in Supplier Diversity across the industry. In 2024, the program was ranked second on Fair360’s Top Companies for Supplier Fairness list while retaining the No.1 position in the automotive industry. Under Bruno’s leadership, the Stellantis Supplier Diversity Program achieved $9.3B in spend with diverse companies in 2023, contributing to a total program spend of over $100B with diverse suppliers. As an industry champion in Supplier Diversity and a DEI advocate, Bruno empowers diverse-owned businesses and fosters a culture of collaboration within and beyond the organization.
