Carlos Medina is the President and CEO of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCCNJ) and President of Robinson Aerial, Inc. The organization represents over 120,000 Hispanic-owned businesses in New Jersey. Carlos assists businesses and entrepreneurs by providing resources, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs to support their growth and success. He actively engages the Hispanic business community and collaborates with corporations, government agencies, other chambers of commerce, and other community organizations. The SHCCNJ offers targeted training and resources, fosters mentorship and networking, and advocates for supportive government policies.
Examples of the opportunities Carlos has developed include offering educational programs like the Hispanic Entrepreneurship Training Program (HETP), the Latina Entrepreneurship Training Series (LETS), master classes, and webinars. To serve as an organizational role model, he promotes environmental sustainability within the SHCCNJ network. Carlos advances social equity by developing partnerships with diverse supplier programs and advocates within the business community and at government agencies. Carlos co-founded and is Chairman of the Hispanic Chamber Fund, a loan program helping SHCCNJ members fairly and transparently access capital for business growth.
