Edkedsha (KeeKee) Mathis, Sr. Leader, Supplier Sustainability & Diversity for Trane Technologies, focuses on recognizing opportunities in the complex supply chain risks involving climate, geopolitical, cybersecurity, pandemic, and human rights. She systematically updates policies and conducts supply chain assessments to help suppliers improve their operations. An example is providing integration support in the Preferred Suppliers Program and providing ESG training. Edkedsha is the lead for Supplier Sustainability and Supplier Diversity. She provides training on supplier diversity topics internally and externally and collaborates with the Global Procurement leadership team on supplier selection using a decision matrix.
