Hannah Fletcher, Manager of Supplier Diversity, PNC Bank, is also the 1st Vice Chair of the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity. She has been instrumental in the management of a successful supplier diversity program at PNC Bank by building company-wide enterprise support. Fletcher believes that supplier diversity should be a pillar of diversity and inclusion initiatives because it impacts the workplace and marketplace. She credits top-down support for her team’s success in increasing the interest and passion for supplier diversity across the company, leading to the creation of great opportunities.
Finding endless inspiration in the diverse business owner community, Fletcher looks at owners’ successes and the journey they undertook to get where they are now. She also has great admiration for her supplier diversity peers across industries that never give up on supporting diverse communities. Fletcher finds that collaboration among her peers enables her to accelerate progress. She is proud of the progress the supplier diversity team has made internally, by educating decision makers on the value and impact of making supplier diversity an enterprise-wide journey and focus.
