Jaspreet Singh is the Vice President of Corporate Services for DTE Energy in Detroit, Michigan. A graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Singh believes that “culture is a shared way of doing something with a passion.” In keeping with this philosophy, he has been instrumental in shepherding DTE towards an organizational vision of inclusion and diversity. In his role with the company, Singh is committed to facilitating corporate connections with diverse suppliers, a commitment that has seen DTE nearly triple its DEI-related spending between 2012 and 2022. Those investments have paid off for DTE as well, as the company has earned more than 40 supplier diversity awards since 2018.
Singh has also worked hard to bring his vision to the local community outside DTE, serving on the board of directors for Global Ties Detroit, a non-profit devoted to funding and facilitating professionalization exchange programs between the United States and other countries.
Singh also leads environmental projects focused on fleet idling reduction and supplier sustainability.
