Juanita Logan is the VP of Global Corporate Impact at World Wide Technology (WWT), and is responsible for establishing and managing global and local impact and employee engagement initiatives. In collaboration with two colleagues, Juanita developed and piloted the supplier development program called IMPACT. She is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, experience, and resources that help others fulfill their purpose and achieve unique contributions to the community. Juanita always keeps WWT’s core values of embracing change and diversity of people and thoughts in mind. The IMPACT program supports her belief in the importance of meeting people where they are to get real outcomes.
WWT's top-down support has been instrumental in the success of the Supplier Diversity Program. Juanita works closely with top leadership to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion within the organization. She points to top leadership’s involvement as a critical success factor because it goes beyond endorsement to approving Supplier Diversity Program strategic plans, challenging Juanita and her team to set and prioritize ambitious diversity goals, participate in listening sessions, and provide resources.
