Lisa Zukauskas Brings Data and Measurement to the Issue of Supplier Diversity at Organon

Lisa Zukauskas is the Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of Global Procurement and Supplier Management at Organon. Through her years of industry experience and expertise stemming from a degree in Chemistry at Drexel University and an MBA from Lehigh, Zukauskas has worked to integrate a dedicated Supplier Program into the overall Diversity, Belonging, and Inclusion program at Organon. She works to develop systems for established measurable goals, metrics, and reporting related to the company’s work with diverse suppliers, so that she can integrate them fully into the company’s ESG strategy through communicating with leadership about the value they bring. This means that the suppliers she works with are valued at Organon for more than just the money the company has spent on DEI; they’re valued for their measurable and highly lauded contributions to the organization’s success.

Zukauskas also uses her data-driven approach to match opportunities to key initiatives, which allows the diverse suppliers she works with a greater chance at success. Believing that “true success and leadership is about influencing others to achieve their own greatness,” Zukauskas is also committed to community development and mentorship through her partnerships with the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, WeConnect and the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
