Rosa Botello, Global Head of Supplier Diversity for Motorola Solutions, is responsible for developing the supplier diversity program’s strategic direction. Under her leadership, Botello evolved the program’s focus beyond spend and compliance, to create value for Motorola Solutions and the communities served through an inclusive supply chain. Program goals are tied to business goals, so that collectively each department is working toward positioning Motorola Solutions to compete and win globally. The core goals of Motorola Solutions SD program is to leverage the company’s buying power intentionally, to drive economic impact in their communities and adherence to corporate responsibility to their stakeholders.
