USPAACC’s Susan Au Allen Creates Business Opportunities for Pan Asian Americans

As National President and CEO of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC), Susan Au Allen leads the organization in opening doors to business opportunities for Pan Asian Americans and their partners in corporate America, government, large nonprofits, and the small and diverse business communities.

Since its founding in 1984, USPAACC has created innovative business development and diversity programs to educate, train, and inspire tens of thousands of entrepreneurs. These signature programs include: 1-on-1 Business Matchmaking Meetings between diverse suppliers and corporations and federal government agencies; Fast 100 Asian American Business to showcase robust growth; Women Initiative for Strategic Empowerment (WISE); and Supplier Diversity Champions, among others.

USPAACC’s programs culminate at its annual flagship CelebrASIAN Business + Procurement Conference – the country’s largest and longest-running B2B conference convened by Pan Asian American enterprises.

As a multi-awarded and renowned industry thought leader and the first Asian American who speaks boldly and passionately about the state of Asian American businesses, Susan collaborates with diverse business and advocacy organizations to foster the growth of diverse and small businesses. In the public sector, Susan serves as Vice Chair of the Federal Communications Commission’s Communications Equity and Diversity Council, where she works to ensure equal opportunities for all Americans including the underserved businesses.
