Tiffany Keaton serves as a trailblazer in driving business diversity and supply chain sustainability as the leader of TIAA's diversity program. Under her guidance, the “DO MORE” six-pillar strategy has been established, calling upon all associates to take action and foster a more inclusive mindset. Notably, Tiffany and her team successfully introduced the firm's first enterprise-wide business diversity training for associates with spend authority, elevating awareness and engagement. Recognizing the importance of visibility and accountability, Tiffany aligned business diversity relationship managers with each line of business, resulting in increased engagement and a stronger commitment to diversity efforts.
Progress remains a priority, and to ensure tangible results, she collaboratively set diverse spend goals for all 12 lines of business. Integration of business metrics dashboards allows partners to monitor spend in real-time, enabling them to measure the economic impact of the diversity program regularly. Beyond internal initiatives, Tiffany actively collaborates with major suppliers to promote and expand their own supplier diversity programs. Her dedication extends to pivoting the firm's supplier diversity program towards broader business diversity and supply chain sustainability. Recognizing her expertise and commitment, Tiffany was chosen as the national co-chair of TIAA's disabilities-focused business resource group, leading its rebranding effort as the “Limitless BRG.” Continuing to inspire change, Tiffany draws inspiration from Nelson Mandela's wise words, “it always seems impossible until it’s done.” With her leadership and unwavering determination, Tiffany is making a significant impact in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment within TIAA and beyond.
