Jamie Crump is the Director of Indirect Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Diversity for United Rentals, Inc., the world’s largest equipment rental company. Successes at United Rentals include the number of diverse suppliers in the transportation of heavy equipment that has grown over the previous two years, and two of the three lease financing companies used by United Rentals are MWBE companies.

Jamie’s responsibilities include the sourcing of over $800 million in supplies and services. The overall spend in the MWBE sector by United Rentals was over $140 million for 2010 alone. She has also been responsible for the implementation of diversity reporting for national and government customers and the creation of a scorecard to measure ROI of the program.

Jamie has been a featured speaker on a range of supplier diversity topics including strategic sourcing and performance management at conferences and events for ISM, ProcureCon Indirect and others.
