Kathryn “Kathy” Homeyer is the director of the UPS Supplier Diversity Process where she works with UPS managers nationwide to implement initiatives that identify potential suppliers and provide them with critical information and access to UPS’s purchasing process. Through Kathy’s leadership and guidance, a supplier diversity process has been built that helps guide MWBE companies striving to do business with UPS. She has also been instrumental in mentoring MWBE firms, further increasing their reach and effectiveness.

Kathy has received numerous awards and accolades for her leadership and contributions towards the advancement of MWBE companies. In 2006, she was recognized by Women’s Enterprise magazine as one of the “100 Women Impacting Supplier Diversity.” Two years later, WE USA named her to their list of “First Ladies of Supplier Diversity.” Then she was honored as one of the “2009 Women of Power Impacting Diversity” by Diversity Plus magazine.

In addition to her role with UPS, Kathy currently serves as Treasurer on the board of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and is an advisory board member for Enterprising Women magazine.
