As the Supplier Diversity Manager with Pitney Bowes, Larry Wooten has built a comprehensive supplier delivery strategy both internally and externally, with emphasis on methods used to increase the inclusion of diverse businesses within the sourcing process. The strategy also includes supplier development opportunities to ensure that diverse suppliers are provided with capacity building opportunities to ensure business growth within Pitney Bowes.

Larry recently launched the Pitney Bowes Supplier Diversity Summit. The focus of this one day event was educating stakeholders on the benefits of supplier diversity , with an additional emphasis on providing diverse suppliers the opportunity to meet with key decision makers and Pitney Bowes stakeholders. The Summit was deemed a success by over 80 percent of the external attendees.

Pitney Bowes has plans in place for a 15 percent year over year growth rate with diverse businesses.
