The United States Postal Service (USPS) celebrates over 41 years of supplier diversity with multiple programs designed to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to establishing and maintaining a strong competitive supplier base.

As a major contributor to the development of USPS Supplier Diversity Corporate Plan, Rupert R. Warner Jr. worked to define nine essential elements including; management involvement, communication and outreach, sourcing considerations, innovation and sustainability, subcontract management, training and development, tracking progress, performance indicators, and recognition as key elements in any successful MWBE partner relationship.

In the last year, he received five individual and/or corporate USPS Awards for his work with MWBE companies and has also participated in over 26 outreach events. In addition, Rupert has helped to influence the company in its spend of over $561 million on women owned businesses and an associated spend of $358 million on minority-owned businesses.
