Lorrinda Gray-Davis, director of diversity for Perini Building Company, is responsible for creating and overseeing company policies that increase economic opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses (MWBE) on Perini's construction projects. Under Gray-Davis' leadership, Perini now has one of the most comprehensive diversity programs in the industry. In the past two years, Perini has awarded $500 million in construction contracts to MWBEs. Current Perini projects with aggressive diversity initiatives include CityCenter, a $9 billion project in Las Vegas.
