Dwan H. Armstrong is the senior supplier diversity manager in global strategic sourcing for The Clorox Company. She has deep and broad knowledge of supply chain activities, including sourcing, project management, logistics and others. She is responsible for the strategic sourcing of more than $130 million in goods and services with MWBEs, DVBEs and LGBT-owned enterprises. Dwan has tripled diverse spend at Clorox over the last five years by taking calculated risks and persistently creating solutions by collaborating with others. She delegates liberally and is always actively listening to identify internal stakeholder and supplier needs.

Dwan sets S.M.A.R.T. goals which stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. She seeks partnerships with organizations that cater to diverse businesses, including WBENC and NMSDC. Dwan maintains a large supplier database and actively promotes diversity initiatives internally and externally. She serves on the Certification Committee of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and the Board of Director’s Executive Committee for the Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC).
