The President & CEO of the Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC), Roz Lewis, is a founding member of the 13-year old organization that is dedicated to ensuring women-owned businesses are embraced by corporations as strategic partners and attain value creation for their company stakeholders. She inspires and empowers women in business with transformative leadership, overseeing GWBC‘s growth to include more than 900 certified WBEs in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Roz leads by incorporating the feedback, experiences, strengths, and areas of opportunities of her core team.
The GWBC has been recognized as Partner of the Year by WBENC and has won many honors, including commendations from the state of Georgia. Roz is Vice Chair of the WBENC Leadership Council and a member of the WBENC Board of Directors. She often shares her knowledge and expertise as a speaker and writer. Roz has written feature articles on GWBC and supplier diversity for Forbes Magazine SE, MBE Connect, and other prestigious publications. She has also participated on SBA strategy sessions and White House conferences focused on women’s entrepreneurship.
