Theresa Harrison the director of supplier diversity at Ernst & Young LLP, is attributed with initiating the firm’s supplier diversity initiative. Over the last 10 years she has displayed outstanding leadership in the design, development, implementation and management of the supplier diversity program, and as a result E&Y’s program has earned numerous awards from diversity organizations, including WBENC.

One of Theresa’s many accomplishments is the development of an E&Y scholarship program. The program has awarded $200,000 in scholarships to diverse businesses to be used to enhance knowledge and leadership abilities through attendance primarily at Dartmouth or Kellogg. Her efforts support E&Y’s focus on building a better working world for entrepreneurs and affording them the opportunity to reach full potential in the marketplace. Theresa is often sought as a public speaker to share her expertise in supplier diversity. She is active with WBENC, serving as an officer and chair of the Corporate Membership and Revenue Generation Committee.
