She has focused on enabling Kellogg’s to become a foundation for diverse companies and helping them grow, constantly providing opportunities to suppliers to develop at the company and other Fortune 500 companies.

Kutch has established specific metrics within procurement groups to measure success with each diversity supplier. The metrics measure items such as performance, growth and spending. Kutch and her team work directly with each procurement team to provide support to identify key suppliers while working with suppliers to identify the needs of end users.

Kutch has been a key supporter of Global eProcure, providing insight on Kellogg’s culture and tips on how to transition from supplier to partner. She has also worked to help open doors to industry peers for the company.
