As United Space Alliance’s (USA) Small Business Liaison Officer, Cheryl Linville single-handedly sought out and engaged Indatatech, a Small Disadvantaged, Service-disabled Veteran-owned Business to do business with USA, personally introducing them to the procurement purchasing group. She has also actively continued to market Indatatech internally by introducing them to various management levels and key personnel. In addition, she nominated Indatatech, and they were named, USA’s Supplier of the Year in 2006.
United Space Alliance has become one of Indatatech’s most visible and fastest-growing customers. Ms. Linville encourages new suppliers to join the Houston Minority Supplier Development Council (HMSDC) and Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), and to register on Central Contractor Registration, an important step in doing business with government contractors.
Recently, Ms. Linville assisted in providing bidding opportunities to HMSDC and WBEA members, including Indatatech, Facilities Interiors, IT Made EZ, JES Tech, A-B Computers and GB Tech.
