Keya Grant is Director of Diversity and Inclusion of Spherion Corporation and has responsibility for leading Spherion’s North American initiatives by implementing strategies to promote and develop diverse business inclusion. Keya has strategically aligned the diversity program within Spherion with the Strategic Accounts/National Accounts team responsible for managing Spherion’s largest accounts with over $750 million in annual revenue. This has had several benefits for companies in the MWBE sector. Most notably, it has provided MWBE companies with direct exposure to buyers and decision makers, affording them access to millions of dollars in capital that would not have been contracted otherwise.

Keya takes an active role with the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and The Greater Women’s Business Council. She has received the 2010 Staffing Services Buyer of the Year award and has also received the Advocate of the Year award nominations from the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
