After holding a leadership position at Kelly Services for over 17 years, Rosa Santana founded Integrated Human Capital and expanded her company from El Paso to San Antonio, Austin and Mexico. An active board of the SMSDC and a mentor to other MBEs, she invites large corporations to El Paso to meet with MBEs to find ways to do business together.
Five years ago, Santana approached Randstad, the world’s second-largest staffing company, about creating a joint venture. Diversa debuted in October at the NMSDC annual conference in New Orleans. Santana owns and controls the joint venture. Diversa is the only company owned by a woman that can deliver managed services provider program services globally.
Santana has impacted many companies’ supplier diversity programs, including Dell, Toyota and Johnson Controls. With Diversa, she has helped Randstad complement its supplier diversity objectives.
